First floor location, adjacent to the floral studio. Bright natural light, ideal for hair and makeup styling. Soft furnishings, huge wall mirrors & plenty of garment hanging space. The suite is equipped with a garment steamer, water cooler with hot and cold service, and independently controlled heating and air conditioning. Lower level location for maximum space. The McKay Room is the ultimate relaxation space featuring a pool table and dart board, deep leather soft seating area with television, a table with 4 chairs, water cooler, mirrors and several garment hanging fixtures. Second level is the location for ceremony that will accommodate up to 250 guests. Space comes with 250 fruitwood folding chairs.

The dining space is adjacent to the ceremony space, and is the full length of the building ( approximately 4,000 sq ft). Chairs used during ceremony will be repurposed for dining. 22- 60" rounds , 8- 8 ft banquet, 8- 8ft harvest tables, and 8- 6ft banquet are included with rental price.

The Lageret offers patio seating off the bar lounge. A canopy of cafe lights illuminates the 500 square foot outdoor space. 5 tables and 19 chairs offer comfortable seating. While the building is a non-smoking/non-vaping space, smoking is permitted on the patio.
