Multiple Spaces

The Lageret offers multiple spaces to create the wedding or social/corporate event to suit your needs. The main event spaces, located on the second floor, feature over 4000 square feet of reception, dinner, and dancing space, as well as a separate 56′ x 30′ ceremony space.

The first floor space features a full service bar with refrigeration (alcohol and bar services not included), access to porch and patio space, a bridal dressing suite, as well as the dance and cocktail areas. Please note that the second floor is accessible ONLY by stairs.

Catering

For catering needs, a catering kitchen is equipped with a sink and water access, refrigeration and plenty of counter space.

Optional

Set Up Fees (tables and chairs only) $300.00

Early Friday Access for Set: $250.00 (advance notice given 30 days notice prior to event)

All rental fees include access to both floors for your event plus use of our tables and chairs. Rental time and access is from 8AM to 12AM the day of your event.

Deposit Due Upon Signing Rental Agreement (One Half of Rental Fee). Final Payment Due On or Before Thirty (30) Days Prior to Event. Security Deposit Will be Returned Thirty (30) Days After Event (subject to forfeiture – see Additional Terms). Security deposit is $500, and included in pricing.

Commercial Use Pricing

Photography/Photo Shoot

Facility Reserved 9am-5pm CST M-Thr

Fees:

  • 1 Day: $300 for one hour / $500 for full day
  • 2 Days: $950 for both days
  • 3 Days: $1,250.00 for all three days
  • 4 Days: $1,650 for all four days
  • Full Payment Due Upon Signing Rental Agreement

Requirements

All events MUST have professional day-of-event planner.

You are welcome to bring you own liquor and bartenders but someone has to carry the liquor libaility. Sometimes caterers offer bartending services – though not ALL carry liquor liability.

You must carry a day policy for your event if your vendors do not carry one. You can purchase one at www.theeventhelper.com or wedsafe.com
