The Lageret offers multiple spaces to create the wedding or social/corporate event to suit your needs. The main event spaces, located on the second floor, feature over 4000 square feet of reception, dinner, and dancing space, as well as a separate 56′ x 30′ ceremony space.
The first floor space features a full service bar with refrigeration (alcohol and bar services not included), access to porch and patio space, a bridal dressing suite, as well as the dance and cocktail areas. Please note that the second floor is accessible ONLY by stairs.
For catering needs, a catering kitchen is equipped with a sink and water access, refrigeration and plenty of counter space.
All rental fees include access to both floors for your event plus use of our tables and chairs. Rental time and access is from 8AM to 12AM the day of your event.
All events MUST have professional day-of-event planner.
You are welcome to bring you own liquor and bartenders but someone has to carry the liquor libaility. Sometimes caterers offer bartending services – though not ALL carry liquor liability.
